Rules & Guidelines

Footwear Rules

Box Turf & 360° Turf:
Playing with slippers is strictly prohibited. Players may use any type of sports shoes or play barefoot (without shoes).

Pickleball Court:
Only non-marking shoes are allowed. This rule is strictly enforced to protect the court surface.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking time.

Food Policy

Outside food allowed in designated areas only. No food on turf.

Damage Responsibility

Users responsible for any damage to equipment or property.

Strictly Prohibited

Strictly No Drugs, No Alcohol, No Cigarettes Allowed. Heavy fine applicable.

Rain Policy

Full refund if cancelled due to rain. Rescheduling available.

Weather cancellation: Full refund

Playing in rain: No refund

How to book the turf?

Book via WhatsApp or call us directly. Booking will be confirmed only after 50% advance payment.

Is advance payment needed?

Yes, while booking, 50% advance payment is mandatory. The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of play.

Is coaching allowed?

Yes, professional coaching allowed with prior permission.

What's the rain policy?

Full refund if cancelled due to rain, or reschedule to another slot.
